We offer telephone and remote support on all the products we supply. You may just have a question about the product you have purchased or you may want some help in getting started.
How Can We Help
Whatever the reason, simply give us a call and we will be happy to help with your service requirements. When a service call is logged with us we will arrange the most appropriate service option for your product. Many product issues can be resolved quickly and simply over the telephone. If however for any reason we are unable to resolve your issue over the telephone we can arrange to swap your product and collect the faulty product at the same time. This will be done via our DPD next day ‘box swap’ service.
Product Installation, Setup and Training
We also provide a comprehensive product installation, setup and training service on many of the products we supply. We take care to only use accredited installers.

Cashtec also provide a comprehensive product installation service; we can also give you setup and training advice on many of the products we supply. Cashtec will only use industry approved installation contractors to carry out the installation and maintenance of your product(s). Please contact us for more information.
